Catch-up

Hello all,

After promising not to wait so long between posts, I have waited a long time for this one. Lots to update, so let's get started.

This summer, I completed Safety in the Workplace. We learned about OSHA regulations and how to maintain a safe place of employment. I received an A in that class.

This fall I took Project Management. This was one of my least favorite classes so far, but I did get an A. I also completed Labor Relations and Negotiations. I enjoyed this class as I love discussing union vs. management so much. Final grade -- A. I have completed, but still waiting on grades from Speech, Psychology, and Economics. I believe Economics will be a "B," so the A-train might be over. Oh well!

I only have three classes left this spring, and I will graduate in May! Time has flown.

Also, an update that pains me to write. My beautiful niece, Anna, was taken home to God this past Sunday. It was her fourth birthday. While we rejoice at the fact she is in heaven, the pain we feel in her absence is great. Please keep my family in your prayers. We love and miss you, Anna!

Till next time.

What a lazy bones!

Hello again,

Sorry it's been so long, I didnt' realize how long it had been till I saw the date of January! I am ashamed!

We last left off with me beginning Legal Issues for Supervisors and American Government. Well Legal Issues is over, and I'm glad to report I got an A. American government is about 60% complete and I am currently less than 1% below an A. A's end at 94 and I have a 93.14%. Here's to hoping I can continue my A train. I also am in the middle of HR Management, which has been very enjoyable. I am also carrying an A in that one.

On the job front, I have once again taken my services elsewhere. I am now a crew leader in training for Pandanaplast here in Sheboygan. I will be training on first shift for a few months, at which time I'll be going to a 12-hour shift, most likely nights. It really seems like a great company to work for and I'm excited to be starting something new!

Also, I hope everyone has a very blessed Easter, and may we celebrate our risen Savior!

See you all when I see you.

Jonny K.

Long time, no post; Happy New Year!

Hello again,

I apologize for the length of time between posts. Busy Christmas season, family functions, and illnesses have been the name of the game for the last month. But we're back and ready for spring semester 2010!

I finished last semester with an A in Managing for Quality. I have begun Legal Issues for Supervisors, and American History. I have found the Legal Issues class to be very interesting, which surprises me. I didn't expect to, but I think this might be one of my favorites.

I'm 1.5 semesters into this journey, and I'm trying to decide wheter to put the pedal down in 2010 for a winter graduation, or perhaps look for a Spring 2011. As I've mentioned before, time with my family is more important to me than my degree, but it would be nice to "walk down the aisle" this year.

Who knows? I trust God will lead all my decisions, and I look forward to seeing what he has in store for me this year.

Hope this finds you all well!
